Please note the vegetation growing on the fence above and aligned with the fire hydrant.  The source alleges that in October 2000, this fence line was heavily vegetated.  As you look at the retaining wall running along Mccellan St. and Runiak St, the stains on the wall appear to be from rust directly below the fence posts, and from previous vegetation overhangs in between the posts.   The thick trunk of the vegetation pictured above the fire hydrant absent proportional vertical and horizontal growth suggests that it has been cut back.
