SC Congressman just crazy about Bush
March 27, 2006
– Congressman Henry E. Brown, Jr. represents the 1st Congressional District of South Carolina. He’s just crazy about President George W. Bush. In fact,
Congressman Brown sees no wrong whatsoever in the President. He is a rubberstamp
for the Bush Administration and a blind zealot.
In a letter
received from Brown dated March 17, 2006, the Congressman from South Carolina attempted to answer my concerns regarding the
National Security Agency (NSA) and President Bush’s authorization to spy on Americans without a warrant. To best express how detached from the Constitution for the United States and reality Congressman
Brown is, I decided to kick a little Brown v. Muckraker Report point-counterpoint for your reading pleasure.
“Following the 9/11 terrorists attacks, President Bush found it necessary for the safety of the American people to authorize
the NSA, in accordance with the Constitution, to intercept international communications of people with known links to al-Qaeda
and other known terrorist organizations.”
Report: It’s not the President’s job to keep me safe, nor is it the job of the treasonous U.S. Congress. The federal government’s number one job is to protect my individual liberties
and freedoms before anything else. I’ll accept and deal with al-Qaeda if
they happen into my neighborhood, probably better than the damned foreign government operating in Washington DC today.
the actual cause of the death toll on 9/11 is suspect. An in progress
CCN poll conducted on March 25, 2006 shows that a staggering 84% of the 42,869 people who took the poll now believe that the
U.S. government – which includes you Congressman Brown, is covering up the real events of 9/11. There’s no need to pull punches here. World Trade Center
buildings 1, 2, and 7 collapsed as a direct result of a controlled demolition, and the American people know it.
despise any traitor who, from the halls of Congress, suggests that the foreign government operating as the U.S. federal government
is doing so in accordance with the Constitution. I could care less what the foreign
courts operating as federal courts have ruled in the past regarding their interpretation of the Constitution. It’s not theirs to interpret; it’s mine. When
I read the unadulterated 4th Amendment it is crystal clear.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers,
and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable
cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to
If you, Congressman
Brown, need the government to interpret what the Founding Fathers intended for the American people when they penned the 4th
Amendment, then you and any of your colleagues that share your infantile inability to discern the meaning of basic text, lack
the mental capacity to serve in the U.S. Congress.
was established that before such action could be taken, the government was required to have information presenting a clear
link to terrorist networks.”
Report: There has been no evidence presented to the press or the people that the government has, even once, established
a clear link. For all we know, every single phone conversation and Internet
search is already being processed through a central computer that some theorists call Echelon, which is said to use
complex algorithms that “red flag” certain key words and phrases to alert the government when conversationalists
use words like “abolish the government and restitute a constitutional republic in the United States”. If Congress lacks the genuine concern to fully and thoroughly investigate and determine whether the NSA,
FBI, CIA, or any other black ops entity of the federal government is mining through, without a warrant, the
people’s persons, houses, papers, effects, and communications, (In 1787, “papers” were the peoples “communications”) then
it is truly time for the people to abolish all legal precedent and the foreign government operating in Washington DC, and
reestablish the constitutional republic that the Founding Fathers intended.
Brown: “If this had been conducted
prior to the 9/11 attacks, then they may have been prevented as well.”
Muckraker Report: I don’t thing
so Congressman Brown because al-Qaeda didn’t wire World Trade Center Building Seven with explosives and decide to “pull
it” at 5:20p.m. EST on September 11, 2001. Somebody else did, and it was
an inside job. If you cannot fathom this reality; do the 1st
Congressional District of South Carolina a favor, and retire.
constant struggle facing the President and Congress in recent years has been to protect the American people against a hidden
and elusive foe, while not intruding upon the blessings of liberty and freedom.”
Report: And the President and Congress have failed miserably in that regard. If you see my liberty and freedom as an obstacle and a constant struggle, you
are unfit to serve as a Congressman. There should be no struggle whatsoever. In my estimation, the hidden and elusive foe is you Congressman Brown
and the federal government. I fear the foreign government operating in Washington
DC as the federal government of the United States far greater than any fear I might have towards al-Qaeda or any other terrorist
organization. At least with the terrorists, I know their goals. With the federal government, I have to cut through layer after layer of strategically placed distractions
to uncover the authentic reason why I must now tolerate living under the reign of a fascist, imperialist, tyranny that has
emerged as a police state in what once was the land and beacon of hope for the world.
believe the protection of American civil liberties should be considered by Congress and any accusation of infringement upon
these rights should be examined.”
Report: “Should be considered by Congress…” Are you kidding
me? You are out of your mind Congressman Brown!
Considered? Examined? The
Constitution is not Play-Doh® for you to stretch, shape, and ultimately smash and discard whenever you’re tired of congressional
playtime. It is the CONSTITUTION man! You cannot, and neither can the courts,
rule that the CONSTITUTION is unconstitutional. It’s not a document to
be considered. It is not a speed bump on the Highway to Tyranny. It is the keystone of a constitutional republic. And it belongs
to the people, not the President, not the U.S. Congress, and not the courts! It’s
the peoples’- and the time is fast approaching when we the people will fight for custody of our freedom and liberty
once again, by wrenching the Constitution for the United States away from the filthy hands of evil men with bad intent. It’s either that, or to settle for a police state and tyranny; something that
I just don’t believe the real American people are going to tolerate much longer.
Once the truth about 9/11 is finally convincingly revealed, all hell is going to break loose. And so it should.
Brown: “President Bush has shown that he is an honest and humble man who will seek
to unite the American people and not divide them along political party, racial, ethnic, or gender lines. He has proved himself as an effective leader through difficult times for America and I believe that he
will continue to serve our country with the level of trustworthiness and respect that the President of the United States should
Report: Congressman Brown, if you believe that Bush is an honest and humble
man, you are hopeless. If you cannot see that Bush has divided this nation on
political, racial, ethnic, and gender lines, you are blind. If you think Bush
is trustworthy and respectful, you are mentally incapable of serving as the Congressman for the 1st Congressional
District of South Carolina.
